All orders are thoroughly checked before processing and will not be dispatched with any defects. We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but please bear in mind that all products are either one-off or made in short runs and this could potentially effect our stock levels from time to time.
Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible but there may be some slight variation from computer screen to computer screen.

Payments are processed seamlessly via our web site using Shopify, a secure and well-trusted online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. After you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction.
Cliffside Gallery does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us. If you notify us and request a cancellation before your order is shipped we will gladly process a full refund.
Postage is calculated for you at the check out. Your order will usually be dispatched within 7 working days of payment. It is extremely rare that a product is out of stock, but if so it can take up to 28 days, we’ll inform you immediately by e-mail if there is a delay.
Please double check the address to which you wish your order to be delivered as Cliffside Gallery can not accept responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect posting address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.
Cliffside Gallery can not be held responsible for any damages incurred in transit.
We are happy to send our products around the world.
Shipping costs are calculated for you at the check out.
Prints are sent rolled into postal tubes as we cannot be responsible for damage in transit to mounted or framed prints overseas.
Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling.
We want you to be happy with your order. If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
If you’re returning your order for any other reason, under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling act you are entitled to a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition within seven days of receipt. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that for returns we are unable to reimburse postage costs and these must be born by the purchaser.
Bespoke orders may only be returned should the item be faulty.
Please give us up to two weeks to process your refund or exchange.
